Most recentlyJGC has upped its level of deliciousness again. They recently announced thatthey now "butterfly" their chickens before grilling them. This is a more succulent way of enjoying grilled chicken suya. The chicken now contain less bones andabsorbs more of their special pepper; making the chicken spicier, more succulent and tender, juicier and marinated than ever!

Jamal's Grilled Chicken or JGC to its fansexperimented with this grilling technique on some chickens at the recently concluded Fusion Family Fair and DMP event andit was a storming success! The grilled chickens were flying off the grill, so much so that they actually run out many times!

Newsflash;JGC wishes to inform everyone that theynow  sell their delicious grilled chicken in parts. A part of Jamals grilled chicken suya costs  N500as opposed to the other suya spots in Abuja that sell a part for N600. Four parts make a whole chicken. :)
