The secretariat of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Rivers State was set ablaze by the unknown early morning of Friday.
Due to the quick arrival of fire brigade the extinguishing was started

The incident comes barely a day after the rally held at the liberation stadium in Port Harcourt aimed at forming a united front against former Education Minister Nyesom Wike.
Speaking through his special adviser Jerry
Needam , PDP Chairman Felix Obuah alleged the attack was initiated by
politicians desperate to stop the party’s ward and local Government
Congresses scheduled for tomorrow.
